Today, we work with trusted growers in Greece to source exceptional Koroneiki olives and produce high-polyphenol olive oils that stand apart from ordinary supermarket oils.

Our olives are harvested at the optimal stage and processed quickly to help preserve their naturally occurring polyphenols, fresh flavor, and nutritional qualities.
We bottle our olive oil in dark glass to help protect it from light and preserve its quality from the moment it leaves the mill until it reaches your table.
